How specifically do you categorize your music?

i have a basic system... CDs i listen to often and those i like but don't listen to as often and organize them alphabetically. i tried the genre categorization and if i could just find the time to label them and remember to put them back in their damn spot i'd rather do it like that. i've just found that, for me, the simplest way is best
