If evolution is a "fact", why is it debated in the first place after creationists point out all of the flaws?

It's a FACT that creationists have pointed out the flaws of evolution and it's a FACT that there have been innumerable frauds and hoaxes related to the theory of evolution which would not have been uncovered without creationists. So therefore, it is debated because it is NOT a fact, but a GUESS. When will evolutionists admit this?
