Please help my bird!!! Emergency?

You didn't give your bird something like a calcium block to chew on to trim his beak?? and you didnt give them a perch with a kind of sand paper on it to trim the nails? what the crap? didnt you reasearch before you got the poor little guy??? Take it to the vet and make monthly payments!!!!
