What are the best site to look for used cars under eight hundred dollar by private owner?

I just moved from Los Angeles California to Columbia South Carolina and i'm in need of a car. A car that can take me to point A to point B and under 900. I've search three days in a row online from Ebay to Craigslist and everything seems to be down hill. Maybe i'm looking at the wrong place. Need of HELP. Can someone give me any really good sites to look for a decent car that will take me to work and school. Thank You.
