What is the best place to live?

My cousin and I are looking for a new state to move to in a few years. Our criteria: Near the beach, has forests and lakes and creeks and the like, has mountains and hills, and lots of nature, good communities and is a clean state. We'd like to hear from people who live in places like these, since we've not been to many ourselves.
