What percentage of politicians do you think are sociopaths?

I think in order to be a successful politician you would either have to be really stupid and naive or a sociopath. How else could you be okay with the innumerable ways in which you were directly harming other people? e.g. war on terror, war on drugs, institutionalized theft on a grand scale (taxation), destabilizing and distorting the economy, ect.
