I have terrible grass burn on my knee? What should I use to heal it?

I was running down a hill yesterday.. & fell lol. My knee is all sorts of screwed up. It burns & stings, & hurts to even walk. I washed it off the best I could & put neosporin on it. What else can I use to sooth it & heal it quicker?
