How can i gain muscle on my new horse?

I need to gain 200 pounds on him. I live by now hills, have no round pen and i ride western. I have 4 barrels. What are some things i could try to gain muscle? How long would it taken tio gain 200 pounds on my horse? She is sooooo slim and labby and she is suppost to be my barrel horse.
